Our family was passing through the town and stopped for coffee at Proust. When we entered, the employees were extremely welcoming and friendly, and we ordered a mix of coffee, hot chocolate and pastries to go. The combination of homemade syrups, locally sourced organic milk and fresh roasted coffee beans made for one of the best coffees I have ever tasted. The pastries were all delicious and we later went back to order even more! This friendly family- owned coffee shop is a must- have stop in Redmond.
Thanks to my time living in the Portland Metro area I became quite the coffee geek frequenting 3rd wave coffee spots like Heart, Barista and Coava. Proust makes me feel like I’m back in Portland because of there commitment to a great coffee roaster (Lone Pine out of Bend) and their commitment to the craft. On top of that, their baristas are incredibly kind. Come to Proust for the best coffee in Redmond.
Cute little clean coffee shop with baked goods. The coffee is great and the service is friendly and helpful. 4/5 stars because: They no longer serve breakfast, so if you’re looking for that amazing breakfast sandwich they don’t have them anymore. Only 1 bathroom and slightly over-priced compared to other cute little coffee places.
