They don't fix watches.
Very rude people with a negative attitude, I took my bracelet in to hopefully size it and one of the ladies ended up breaking my clamp. Now I must say they DID end up fixing it but their attitudes in there need to be adjusted.
They fixed my favorite watch in less than 15 minutes and for a cheap price! I would recommend
