My husband and I are in a transition period of relocating from Ohio to Indiana. We wanted to stay with State Farm since we have been customers of theirs for over 20 years. We found Mark Carlson's office through a web search. From day one the staff has been so friendly and welcoming. Alexis has been great in helping us find the home owners coverage we need at a good rate, and she has been quick to respond to my emails. Finding a new agent we feel comfortable with has been a blessing!

I have a handicap, I can't speak, lost my voice to cancer. I use a special text to speech app in order to use the phone. It is time consuming and can be confusing. Alexis was very patient and professional dealing with me. She gave me her cell number so we could text, making it easier to communicate. Besides that the price was more than $100 less for 6 months than my previous insurer. I would recommend her services to anyone needing insurance.
