Very polite people

So I went here almost daily to get my daily coffee, and unfortunately my bad habit(cigs) and I started to notice that they didn’t have prices for ANYTHING besides a few things like drinks, Red Bull’s, bottles of soda, etc... but I noticed that my price would be different almost every time... then I started looking at the price of what I was buying and doing the math with tax being 7cents on the dollar still, correct? The sign would say 2.69 or whatever and would ring up 3.10 or something(not exact ) but very close to that example, then it would add the sales tax on top of it ringing up way more than the signs read? Long story short I’ve done this for a while and I’ve noticed that I believe they are selling items already taxed and then still adding tax to the total?! Not to mention, countless times they will scan my mobile coupons for cigs and it takes it off of my account for them not to take the amount off the total?! So why is it accepting and taking my coupon but it’s still the same original price? And they will not over ride or whatever they do to discount a price? Also, I have gotten incorrect change back a few times from them as well... all of this started adding up to me and I’m just realizing how much I’m really getting ripped off there especially when almost EVERYTHING doesn’t even have a price to begin with so we don’t know what we’re being charged or taxed on top of that?! That’s not right, & honestly makes me feel like I’m being stole from... also another thing the freezer items like frozen pizzas, ice cream tubs(not individuals) stuff like that has been melted like to the point you see the ice cream dripping from the sides of the boxes, and the water damage from being unthawed on the TV dinner boxes and things like that... I believe that is like against some type of Codes... am I right? I’ve stopped going here once I realized I had to tell them the prices of things they were charging me differently than the signs for, and since I realized I had incorrect change a few times.... I am upset with them bc I love all their workers they are always so kind and pleasant but when it comes to a problem like my coupons for my cigs they act like they don’t understand when we have full blown conversation before that, you know? The little store has potential but they need to get it together... does a code inspection not have to be done at gas stations? Especially beings they sell hot pizza that they cook there?! I’m sorry I had to do this, in hopes that they see this or someone who can help them fix the issues.

Worst gas station ever. Poor customer service.
