I saw Dr. Poplin today and had a great visit. He and his medical assistant made me feel cared for and they listened to my concerns. I have been searching for a primary physician and I am so glad I found a doctor who cares.

Everybody has different experiences and I’m sure they do a good job but I just want to share my experience. I asked for an appointment with Dr. Payton, but the woman told me Dr. Payton don’t accept my insurance but I know that she did because I have the same insurance with my mother and sister and they have Dr. Payton as their HC provider. I didn’t say anything and just asked for someone else. I tried to be understanding since I also work in a medical field too.nnThen, when I had Ms. Brock, I asked a few questions about my problem but she just said She can’t answer me because the insurance only paid for the physical check up. I didn’t know that it worked that way so I understood. I asked her to at least tell me if my ear was okay since she’s checking it. She just answered a straight “yes”. She was silent the whole time after. I understand the insurance part but the whole process just felt cold and that there was no compassion. She just probably had a long day. But it feels like I don’t want to go back to this clinic.

Megan Brock NP is very cold and at times rude! She hushed me because I asked her something about my immediate concern and she ACTUALLY held her finger up and said the only thing I’m addressing is what I have documented here if you have another issue make another 15 minute appointment! It’s a money thing she could careless about YOU

Called five days in a row with no response. Easy fix but they always want me to take a day off to come and spend some money. Do not seem to understand the word help. Going to Indianapolis to get a real doc. Stay here if you want to die.

I really like Dr. Rebecca Payton! Very friendly & listens to all of your concerns without making you feel rushed. Highly recommend!
