My mother has been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Payton for almost 2 months now and they keep telling her that they are booked up and to call on Wednesdays to try and fit her in with no luck! Last Monday my mother had to go into the E.R. for breathing problems and still can not get a follow up appoint with this Dr. So my mother made an appointment with the assistant and was told to be there at 12pm on Thursday and my mother called to confirm the appointment with since 12pm is when they go to lunch. They told my mother that it was the next Thursday and sorry about the mix up and hung up!nThis place is a freaking joke!

EDIT! After a few visits to Dr Payton I was DONE with this place! Nurse practitioner was on a different planet and I'm sorry, but Dr Payton missed the semester in med school about how to talk to patients! Couldn't wait to be done here and I'm too happy for words down at Schneck!!n********nI'm a brand new patient and I love the people so far, but oh my stars, they have the most annoyingly long voice recording system in the world! Just the facts, ma'am, just the facts!nThey left me a message at 5:30 this morning and by the time I got thru to my Dr's desk and then had to sit thru another looong greeting my mind has gone fourteen different directions! *eye roll*
