Simply made a payment on my account today...staff still friendly and chipper.

Me and my fiancé went to pick up my bridal set, didn’t need anything but ID and account info. He used a Kays credit card for all of this. A week later, got an email saying his ring was in. I took myself and my toddler to pick the ring up an hour away. I went in and the two rude ladies stated I need his ID or credit card to pick up even though I’m authorized to pick up. I was aggravated I drove an hour away to get it, and needed verification even though I did this with mine. A week before. My fiancé called up there telling them the situation and how upset I was and they said all he had to do was send his credit card and ID to me as a photo. They didn’t tell me that either. I left without it. Never buying jewelry here ever again.nn- Formal Loyal Customer
