My first time at skin solutions. I was very impressed with the kindness of the entire staff. They made me feel like my issues were important. They didn't have me come back another day for a biopsy or freezing of skin tags. Took care of everything at that appointment. I have recommended this practice to a lot of people The people working at the reception desk have always been kind and helpful. The staff acknowledges you as soon as you walk up. This has always been very important to me. The way you are greeted at the front office pretty much tells you how your whole experience will go. I usually see Dr. Rivera and I have so much confidence in him. I saw Jill this time and she was very informative and treated me with kindness.

I love Dr Rivera! He is professional, seasoned, & excellent at preventing bruising with any injection. 4* only because it’s expensive for my budget, but that’s how cosmetics are. Looking forward to future treatments and professionalism . His office staff in Madison is lovely! Very sweet & kind...Win win in my book!
