Dr Douglas is very nice but have many issues with center. 1. The eye drops for dilating eyes you need to purchase which is costing $25 after insurance and which use only once. I paid ($100) fee and would expect such drops should be provided by center. 2. Office is very old and doesn't have latest instruments for eye checkup. High time to upgrade. 3. Office staff is very rude. Sent my prescription to some other pharmacy which I never used and arguing I have asked the same but I can remember she had wrote the Pharmacy address which I said not sure where is the confusion. I never purchased the drop as I feel dilating eye drops should be provided by center. Overall no issue with Dr but need to have some decent staff and upgraded center.

Extremely disappointed in the reception at this doctor! Had to wait 5 minutes to even be acknowledged when checking in. Had to wait 30 minutes past appointment time to be given a room and another 15 minutes for doctor to come in and be seen. This is not the first time to receive this kind of treatment at this office. I figured the previous times they had some odd situation to cause my treatment, however, this is the fourth time to be treated this way.nNot sure why I have not received respect any of the times I have gone. I will be looking for a new doctor.

Dr Wilson is one of the most kind and caring physicians that I know. He never rushes you and explains everything in detail to you.

I was a regular patient of Dr. Wilson for almost 10 years. I moved to South Carolina 3 years ago, so am no longer Dr. Wilson's patient. I feel compelled to write a review to share my experience for being his patient. Dr. Wilson is the most low-key and gentle physician I've ever had (in my 60+ years of life). He is consistent, friendly, and capable. Dr. Wilson never let me feel rushed in our conversation during office visits. I enjoyed seeing his staff Kimberly and Teresa, as they remembered me and things about me, so I was not just a number as in other clinics. Most of my visits were on time, so no time-management issues for me what-so-ever. Dr. Wilson had very good diagnosis of my glaucoma syndrome, and did a successful surgery on my one eye when the need was there. I did not know how lucky I had Dr. Wilson's care until I moved to Charleston 3 years ago. I would come back to his care in a heartbeat, if I move back to (anywhere) in Indiana! Minor nitpicking, I do wish they play some elevator music and jazz up the room decorations to improve the patient visit experience though :-)

Will never go to this office again. Wife had an appointment for my one year old to be seen at 1:45 PM. My wife promptly arrived at 1:30PM. To wait until 2:50 to be seen by anyone. What is the point of making appointments if you can't keep them. Sure wish you could charge the doctor for wasting your time. What a joke.
