I love Aspen Dental. I just got my new dentures and they look amazing. I could not believe the difference from when I first got dentures, someplace else, and these dentures from Aspen Dental put those previous dentures to shame!! I love them. And all of the people I had interaction with at Aspen Dental were incredible. I will send everyone to Aspen Dental. Great experience, great people, and a great set of dentures. Thank you Aspen.

I went in to get a crown. Was told a price and paid for the services. Months later I received a bill for $76.40. I called to ask why I was receiving an additional charge since my bill was paid in full, after being on hold for 15 minutes, I spoke to someone who said the extra charge was because I went with a ceramic crown instead of a metal one and my insurance didn’t pay for ceramic. First off no one asked me what type/color I wanted, secondly why wasn’t this in my initial total bill after they ran it through my insurance? Anyways, the lady told me not to pay this and someone would call me, no one called me, I received another letter saying my bill was going to a credit service, so I called in again, the lady said, “I don’t see where your bill is going to a creditor, I’ll have someone call you”, no one called again, I received another letter saying my bill was sent to a creditor! I called, was put on hold for 26 minutes then hung up on. Called back and finally was able to speak with someone who knew something about my account!nThe point is not that I couldn’t pay for this additional fee, it’s the fact that it wasn’t in the initial fee and I was told my bill was paid in full and this placed failed to discuss possible additional fees and or additional fees for a certain type of crown and that no one would call me back to take care of this and my bill was sent to a collector AFTER I was told it wasn’t! Also, this is a preferred dentist for my insurance, so they should know exactly what my insurance will and will not pay for!

Dentist and Hygienist were great. Office Staff not so much. When working on plan for future work. Office Manager was reluctant to provide specifics for next visit.nAn entire plan and alternate plan were estimated for our-of-pocket cost. Each included several procedures and cost codes for services.nWhen inquiring about next visit Office Staff did not provide a estimate but would refer to the over all plan for reference.nIf you are not a trained medical staff person and have experience in the sequencing and purpose of each procedure and associated insurance coding. The over all plan is almost worthless for estimating costs of next visit or step in dental plan procedures.nWould like to see the Office Manager break the over all plan down into pet visit estimate. This would enable a patient to review the procedures chosen by Aspen Dental and allow the patient to choose what they feel is necessary.nStaff also pushed procedures which could be considered optional and potentially unnecessary.nBe sure to work with your insurance company to determine what is covered and what is not.nCall out anything you feel is not necessary and ask for specific insurance coding and procedure details..

They were polite, but want to charge you for things you don't need.. They want your money big time.
