Worst laundry ever. The person NEVER answers their phone. Things are always broken. I've wasted 8.00 in the past week. Got back from fighting fire and couldn't even dry my gear. Thanks for nothingnnI'm just gonna let my losses add up. Make it worth the 40.00 fee for a small claims case.
Stay away. Nothing works here. You will definitely lose money. Saddest thing it's been like this for the past 5 years I have been coming here.
Beware! We have used this laundry mat once a week for 5 mo. Today we had a washer that did not ring out and a dryer that did not dry. I decided to call the phone number on the machine. After describing the issues, the maintenance guy offered us 50 cents of our lost money. When I corrected the tally, he became annoyed!nHe said why would you put coins in a machine that does not work. My husband loaded the money and pressed the button asumming all was working fine.nHe did not give us money on the washer that did not ring.nWhen he started to leave, I said are you going to put out 'out of orders' on the two machines. He said it was his place and he would lable if he wanted too.
Shady for sure! Preys on travelers and keeps money when machines don’t work. Left several messages for refund. I finally got ahold of the owner, who lives out of the area, who yelled at me for my refund request. Complained to the Chamber of Commerce who said they could do nothing to help. Really a bummer they are the only laundromat in town!
I disagree with these negative comments. These cleaners work very hard cleaning up after ranchers, forest dwellers, homeless, tourists and locals. They have let people in early and stayed late even after people disregard the posted cut off times. I've seen them let the the single mom stay late and wash her kids clothes. Or the guy who lives in the trailer and needs clean work clothes to start his new job. Cut them some slack, they do not get paid extra to stay. There are signs posted everywhere. You can not miss them as you walk in the door. And the cleaners do not have anything to do with the money or how the machines work. They're just locals doing a hard, mostly unappreciated job, trying to pay their bills. Maybe we should all show up at your job right before you are supposed to close for the night...
