Bergen County Community Transportation

I recently had to use their services for the first time on an emergency basis. The dispatcher Jody could not have been nicer in helping me out with last minute transportation.Both the driver who took me to my appointment and the driver who took me back home, being disabled I was pleasantly surprised at the kindness and helpfulness of both ladies. I'll definitely recommend and use them again

Completely unprofessional , a patient in our office waited two hours for transport. Transport stated they were outside and did not see her so they left. We are located on the fourth floor and they did not want to come inside to help her down. No remorse nor patient etiquette was shown . Disgusted with the way they handle their business.
