Today at the Montvale shell gas station the attendant was rude ... due to so much crowd I raised my hand so it will be Easy for him but he instead came and shouted on me and asked me to go to another fuel station . I would recommend management to check the cameras of 9th May 2020 (3:09 pm ) and ask as the lady next to our spot also had to call several times . I was not even given receipt .... the attendant since start to end was on the phone in a foreign language .

The have lots of gas

This is the second time the attendant at this location has not done what I asked. The previous complaint was over a year ago. I specifically requested only $10 worth of gas and the attendant acknowledged me, and then proceeded to fill the tank completely, resulting in a $30 charge. I did not want a full tank, I just needed enough to get through to my next paycheck so I could go to the station I usually do, for a cheaper full tank. I complained to the attendant who gave me a noncommittal shrug and muttered about the gas being in the tank. I realize that the gas was already pumped, but I did NOT ask for that much. It's not my fault that the attendant messed up. This station is super close to my home, but I will absolutely never come here again, and I encourage others to go elsewhere. It's not worth the hassle of getting screwed over by an attendant who doesn't listen to your request.

Prices aren't bad here.. And this is one of the few 24 hour stations in the area. The attendants are all very pleasant.
