We are having the same experience as other reviews. There is no communication. After we select them for homeowners insurance and pay for the year, they jack the price up way above what the house is worth and charge an extra $920.nNow I have to spend more time to find a replacement.

Do not use Richard Hong and FMJ Agency Alliance LLC for your home owners Insurance.Two to three months after closing he stated that my premium had been change and requested extra cash on a premium that had already been paid in full for a full year, he did not provide me with any documentation of how and why of the changes on the premium. He refuses to return the prorated amount of my homeowners insurance affecting my escrow account and affecting me with the possibility of applying the funds to my new home owners insurance. Please beware this company is a total SCAM!

These people don't deserve a star if anyone is looking for travel insurance trust me don't get it from them,they're scammers,tell you one thing take your money and then tell you you're not covered under the policy they never told you now I can't attend a family wedding after purchasing a $500 planwith ticket!!!!!!!!I am so disgusting by these people BEWARE
