Had a terrible experience with this title company, we've been waiting on a title commitment for going on 3 weeks now. We tried calling the original representative, once he finally answered his phone, he let us know that our account had been transfered to a different rep. We called that Rep at least ten times, and that reps manager at least 10 times, and no one ever picked up, we finally had to call the central office to find out that the rep our account had been transferred to had been let go. We found someone else who was taking over our account, he was helpful at first, but we tried calling him back over the next 3 days and he never picked up untill day 4. We are finally giving up on this company and going with someone else. Be warned...
