State of New Jersey Unemployment Service Claims

Any information will help haven’t been able to move forward since March. My claim has just disappeared from the system 3 times now waiting for an agent to contact me. Still haven’t heard anything 8 months later

Can’t get anyone to answer the phone even when I call right at 8:30am! No one called on the scheduled interview! I haven’t received any benefits since since this started. Terrible!

Today is 9/1/2020 time 8:44am and the place is still closed! My problem needs a real human representative and the web site can't help me. Very disappointed and confused.

Online it shows that it is open so I traveled there since no one can get a live agent on the phone to help with unemployment problems that can't be addressed by the online system. As you can see by the pictures I posted it is closed and the numbers that are left on the door aren't any help, just a run around.
