My New Jersey Dentist

This office was very welcoming and clean. The staff, doctor, and hygienist were great and explained what we were looking at/going to do. The doctor reviewed options for a mouth piece I was interested and offered to look into pricing.nnMy major issue was discussing my next appointment(s) with the scheduling/financial individual. She was rude and not flexible at all. She claimed that I would need a possible route canal, which never was a discussion the doctor had with me during the exam. Discussing cost of the work I would need resulted in her refusal to schedule with me unless I paid for the services in full the date I came in.nnAfter reading reviews on google, I’m confused because she explicitly told me that they do not finance services and I would have to pay that day because “service starts and ends on the date of visit.” She kept asking me when I would be able to get all the money for the procedures because she would not schedule me until then.nnI really enjoyed my experience during my cleaning and exam but the conversation with this staff member has me unsure of returning.

Had a tooth ache went over there they found a problem right away! Very clean and sanitized office . They take hygiene very serious and not only in your mouth but also as a medical office to keep us safe. Amazing very experienced doctors who will explain your dental issue step by step and help you ease your pain.

This place was wonderful. I dread going to the dentist but from the moment I walked in it was an amazing experience. The office is very clean and the staff was friendly and gentle. I recommend this office to anyone.

Came in to see the dentist as an emergency they were able to see me the same day I am super scared of the dentists but they have made me feel so comfortable they are very nice and very thorough with everything the office itself has a very calming atmosphere even tv with relaxing nature and music the staff is very professionally and understanding they did not rush with me instead explained everything to me showed me on the screen and treated me with kindness I feel very confident about my smile now and am very great full that they took care of me. I have brought my 6 year old daughter in for some filling and she loved it there the kids rooms are decorated with animals and she was very comfortable with the dentist and the assistant they gave her a cute balloon animal after treatment the whole office is very clean everything updated and new we love our dentist and highly recommend this one . Absolutely horrible. I went in for a broken tooth. I “talked” to the doctor and all they wanted was money. I was trying to talk about my broken tooth, but she always interrupted me and told me I need to pay for surgery and we’ll discuss more after I’ve paid for this expensive surgery, THAT I DIDN’T EVEN NEED (I got a second opinion from somewhere else.)nnAll they did was push for money. Every other word was MONEY. I sat for awhile, with a broke tooth and exposed gum/root, just because a “dentist” wanted to push for money.nnIf you want good/quality care, do yourself a favor and go to a dentist that cares. Not worth your health for this place.
