The staff were so friendly and attentive to detail. I filled out my information and was able to see a doctor with very little wait time. From my understanding they have come under new management and they have definitely improved!

Really upset with partial dentures,waited months for process to be over only to leave absolutely upset that I have choose this place. I saw 4 dentist in 3 months, every time I called to request the previous dentist they no longer were there. The last dentist I had told me that when dentures were finished it would look like I was puckering my lips. The first dentist I had seen told me everything would look perfect that you wouldn’t even tell it was partial dentures(but of course he was no longer there). Last appointment I had the dentist told me that my lip line was uneven but it wasn’t that it was the partial dentures looked terrible I had called twice this month And 1 time last month to speak with office manager and of course no answer. Don’t recommend them for anyone Worst experience of my life With thee entire process

I’m someone who’s terrified of dentists and due to my fear, I put off going to the dentist for longer than I should have. But these dentists were so nice and made me feel very comfortable! Thank you.

I was hesitant to make this review coming out 4 years later because of my horrific and repulsive experience here. When I was 18, which was about 4 years ago I had dentistry work done. Root canal and crown (which the crown never stayed and I will need to get my teeth redone.) However, I was told I needed my needed my wisdom teeth removed. Surgery day comes and the oral surgeon was adamant that I was not allowed to have any other anesthesia besides local anesthesia. I gave in hesitantly not knowing any better. All was fine until it was time to take my 3rd wisdom tooth on the left top jaw. He took what seemed to be a screwdriver tool and he went to go take the tooth out. When he proceeded to crack open my upper jaw I screamed in agony and pain because I felt it. He never put the local anesthesia properly there I was uncontrollably crying in pain and he administered more local anesthesia and did not give it time for it to numb my jaw. He then proceeded to crack my jaw while he commanded that “you’re going to have to bear with me.” After he did it I was screaming and sobbing in pain. I wanted to run out of the chair for help because I couldn’t believe the threshold of pain I was in and I have a high pain tolerance. I knew I had to stay because he had to close the bleeding wound otherwise I would’ve bled out and there wouldn’t be enough time for me to go to the hospital. Please I beg of you, if you have read up to this point do not come to this dentistry. Save your money, time and wellbeing.

I have been going to Pangborn since it opened, and before that I used to go to their other location in Summit Ave. The staff here, is always very friendly and helpful with my dental needs, and the Doctors are extremely professional and give me the assurance that my teeth will be perfect after I leave.
