Anthony LoSauro: Allstate Insurance

We have been with Terrano over 22 years - not sure what a going on over there but the service has really fallen off a cliff. We have three autos, 2 homeowners, and an umbrella policy with them. Both my husband and I have always been offered insurance discounts through our employee benefits by we never bothered looking elsewhere because we liked the customer service that we got through Terrano. It used to be terrific and I gave them a 5 star review in the past. However- this s no longer the case. We have been trying for over 2 months now to have changes made to our auto policies (including taking our adult son off) but we have not been able to get Ryan Hollander over there to respond. We had literally weeks of trying to get him by phone . He finally spoke with us in October and described how he could reduce our premium by half - I emailed him on Oct 15th to say we would like to proceed with the changes he suggested but he has ignored our request (including a follow up email from us on October 27th). We were auto charged today again for the old (high) rate. Absolutely abysmal customer service- we are going elsewhere.
