Lodi Housing Authority

Living in Lodi Public Housing is very good, I've been living here for 2 years and it has been great so far to where I don't have any concerns or cons to say. These apartments are very nice inside and out. The apartments are clean and built in very good condition. This place is small dog friendly, that's one of the reasons why I like living here because you are allowed to have a small dog living with you. The park is big and very neat, it's good because you can bring your dog there. The maintenance workers are very nice men, they are very respectful, they are kind. They're usually there if anything needs to be fixed. The other staff are nice too and are helpful. They have nice large rooms that are decent. This place treats their tenants very good. I like how they have nice big windows. This place is good for anyone that has low income and needs a place to stay for how ever long they wanf to live there for.

Very strict rules. They only accept Optimum cable. No lights come in the bedrooms. The heat is not adjustable and the old fashion heaters are always BLASTING hot all times of the day there’s no breaks. Have to keep the windows open all day and night to not sweat/over heat. You’re not aloud to put locks on your bedroom doors. No privacy. The walls are beyond thin so I can hear every word my neighbors say. I can even hear they phones when they receive a call or message or their alarms go off. Maintenance comes unexpected whenever they please. The grass around is pure mud puddles when it rains even slightly. No Air-conditioners in bedrooms so it’s impossible to sleep at night in the summer. Only AC units in the hallways. I’m currently listening to my neighbors all talk it’s quite annoying and can’t ever get a good nights sleep I hear EVERY word they say ... but hey it’s a roof over your head I guess...
