Horrible is the one word I can say for this place we went there to fix my son chain spent 25 bucks and it ended up being broken without even us touching it

Unfair prices will definitely not be doing business with them in the future the people there, they jack up the prices to almost the same inventory that they have just to make a profit and take advantage of its customers right in their face.

Sleazy people. Bought a necklace with engraving. The engraving was done in house but did not fit on the necklace and they tried to have me pay more to send it out to laser engrave. The sales person said she told me they will TRY to engrave it not actually engrave it lol go somewhere else
