I am a state employee for over 25 years. I can easily change my insurance coverage to NJM. However I have choose to stay with State Farm for over 25 years because their level of professionalism has always been outstanding to me. Everyone has always been helpful and Sergio Bolivar is no exception to the rule. He has thorough knowledge of his work and takes the time to follow through and explain different services. He makes me feel stable and well protected by State Farm.

Excellent customer services. First I want to say that Sade Tirado is a pleasure to talk to and is willing to go miles to help you out. She went above and beyond to help me, all I asked her was to see if she could get me a number for an out of town insurance company that hit my husband’s car while parked. Well she did that and took it further and open the claim for us. Mind you this vehicle that was hit only had liability insurance and she really didn’t have to do everything she did for us. When that insurance company denied the claim she jumped right and request to get a supervisor involved, If she didn’t do that for us we would have never gotten the insurance to pay for the damages. We have insurance with this State Farm office for about 5 years, everyone is awesome and friendly to deal with, But Sade left us feeling overly satisfied by her going above and beyond to help.
