i placed an online order. the item i ordered wasn’t in stock so the staff was very nice and offered me another item around the same price. i realized the coupon offer i had used online didn’t go through though, and when i asked, the manager came out and was rude to me. he said he can’t give me an item that wasnt placed on the system, but less than five minutes ago, they were able to give me an item that wasn’t on the machine. great employees, too bad management can’t match that
