Oakland Municipal Court clerk

I am literally sitting in the parking lot right now after having court .. and I have never in my entire life been treated so well by a town and by every person I came in contact with .. from the prosecutor, to the judge, to the officer who gave me great advice , and to the window lady who helped me understand my payments. I went in thinking this was going to be stressful and over whelming and it went extremely smooth and I wanna cry in appreciation with the outcome . Thank you doesn’t even begin to describe how thankful I am.

These people are writing excessive tickets to make money and are rude and uncouth. They go so far as to eat while they are talking to people they re supposed to be serving. Avoid going to this town if you possibly can.

Local police write unjustified tickets

My Son Was victimised by criminal theft in Oakland and police and court proceedings are unsatisfactory and incompetent after 1 & 1/2 years no results whatsoever !!!nSome example to my law abiding 18 year old son..
