As someone who has has to utilize the laundromat for half their life it’s extremely upsetting to now have the coos bay location locked up without any explanation or notice why or when it’ll be reopened. By all means, should I have to drive clear across town to use the other location just to find it completely full with other people waiting for a turn. Hoping to soon never have to use their services again or new management or remodel happen within this establishment.
Its a gamble on if your washer or dryer is going to work. If it does thats great your laundry will definitely be dry. On the down side if the washer or dryer eats your money and doesn't work you can call but don't expect to ever get a refund. Personally have lost quite a bit of cash because things don't get a lock out tag out
NONE of the machines were working and both card machines were broken. I'm so sick of trying to get anything to function here that I'm giving up and going to a different laundromat from now on. I don't understand how this place stays in business. I would give zero stars if I could.
The cards barely work, and you have to us seperste card for each different location which I find to be extremely frustrating. But it was pretty clean and the staff was nice while he was there.
Be careful at this location the dryer motor started but did not spin and when I when to get my clothes from burning it scorched my hands its blistering hot!nWent home with wet cloths and burnt hands
