The soup base is much more healthier and It’s well-suited to general people, not too salty or too oily. The most important of all—the meat and buffet section is fresh! They don’t have a large selection menu, everything is simple and neat. I tried the new Kimchi flavor and it taste pretty good. We used the coupon for this time, with tax and tip included we paid $30. Definitely would come here again to avoid the headache to prepare hotpot meal at home, LOL this place was surprisingly good, clean and decent environment, plenty of selection for food, can’t wait for the next visit

What this place has going for it is the very distinctive soup base. If you are set on having a spicy Sichuan pepper typed base, then look no further. A caveat however, that is all you’ll be pleased with. The food selection is minimal with questionable quality and freshness. Most items were encrusted with frost. The selections of vegetables were very limited. It was like slim pickings from last nights leftovers.nnTo be fair, I did visit during a weekday lunch and I would probably like to assume (hope) dinner hours would be different somehow.nnI would not go again.

New and unique, fun restaurant. Authentic Chinese restaurant. Nothing but great things to say from beginning to end. Especially for new place in their soft opening phase, service was friendly, attentive, and on point. Hot pots with different varieties of broth which boils on your table. You cook thin strips of pork, lamb, beef as well as vegetables, shrimp, pumpkin, fish cakes, noodles and more. Broths varied in spiciness. Dessert was nice. Ice cream filled mochi and hot chocolate lava cake were what we had. And they are BYOB, but a block away at Hudson Lights is Linwood Wine and Liquor so you can grab a bottle first. Owners were on hand overseeing and making sure we were thoroughly satisfied and we were! Will be going back with friends soon!

The pork broth that my friend had ordered was really good. I had the medium house special spicy broth and it was tasty as well. Will recommend asking to taste the levels of spiciness before ordering. The all you can eat has alot of selections of vegetables and meat. I find their vegetables and meats are very fresh. The restaurant itself is clean and offer traditional Chinese decorations. The staff were also very attentive when it comes to making sure we have everything we ordered or if we need any assistance.
