DO NOT PARK your car at this place. They go through your car’s compartments and If they find something valuable they’re going to take it! I felt like I just paid for my car to get broken into and the person got away with it.

One of the 5-star reviews was written by the owner. That says it all, they are not honest. Made multiple scratches to my car and are not taking responsibility. Don't park here or be prepared to file a complaint.

Last yr I parked here. Yes, they do take time to get your car. But we have to understand they have to park your vehicle is a save spot and they know what's best besides this is the best one of all. I am going back today to park my car there .. I like this parking lot. I rather wait .. I like the service.

We parked our car at this garage for new year's ball drop. understand it's one of the busiest times, but it took forever to get our SUV. also if you are using Spothero, dont get confused with the other garage right next to..nHowever other than that, the service was okay.

Waited for over an hour for our car to be brought to us and the staff was very unprofessional. We were one of the first to get there to wait for our car in a long line and the last to leave.
