I wish I could say nice things about this garage. I’ve spoken to the owners before and they are lovely people. The guys that work here are friendly too. It’s definitely not an easy job running a parking lot. Moving cars around like a never ending game of Tetris. Accommodating large numbers of people at random times throughout the day. I have spent many encounters waiting for long periods of time. Sometimes an hour or more. I understand it is difficult to make everyone happy and this isn’t a big parking lot. Maybe they can practice a better system of managing car flow? I doubt this place will ever change but you certainly get what you pay for and this isn’t a bad option for the area. Look at the reviews for other lots in the area. It’s all people complaining because of bad experiences. That being said, this one could be worse...

Do not take your car there if you want it back in one piece. They cause damages and then clean themselves of the responsibility with some BS story.

This place is a total mad house, we are out here after an amazing graduation waiting for our cars!!! There is absolutely no organization or personnel on compound to help with ANYTHING!!!!! It is absolutely unacceptable how they operate and if you want to wait 3 plus hours for your vehicle, this is your spot. There is no kind of accountability and the customer service is the pits!!!! Please save yourself the headache, scare of NEVER seeing your vehicle again and time. They most graciously take your money but fail to give you proper service. What a way to spoil folks graduation day, thanks!!
