SP+ Parking

This business clearly isn't taking the pandemic seriously. The attendant was not masked and did not take social distancing seriously. They also got into and moved my car unnecessarily when the lot was only a quarter full. I couldn't believe it. I have asthma and they literally put my life at risk for no reason. I tried to discuss it with the attendant and there was no understanding of the seriousness of the pandemic. In my opinion this business should be closed due to the serious safety concerns.

Dropped of the car in the morning , came to pick it up only to find out their credit card machine was not working. Had literally two dollars less than what I owed in my pocket, they would not except it, and I did not have my debit card with me. Offered to leave my cc card info with them they refused. A very nice bystander lent me to the money... a report to better business bureau is on the way.

BAD BUSINESS ETHICS.nI was told there was monthly parking AVAILABLE from a night shift worker on 3/23 as Hospital regulars were leaving the lot due to work slow down and was told to come in during the day and speak to Elving.nVery next day on 3/24 i went and supposedly spoke to the manager Elving and was told that Monthly parking was placed on hold because he thinks they might be going out of business. (Really? A corp. parking lot going out of business?) i asked why? He had no real answer to give me. He told me to come back in a week to see if they still open for business.nnIn all reality, he’s just hoping that Hospital workers come back instead of just signing me up for a monthly spot. It sad that dude is giving preference to hospital workers/ visitors rather than a neighborhood resident.nnI guess either the company makes more money of from hospital workers and visitors or employees see bigger TIPS coming from THE hospital workers and their visitors. EITHER or, their lack of business ethics no bueno.

Great speedy service. My vehicle was ready and waiting on the sidewalk for me.

If I could give them less stars I would. When I parked my 2018 leased car they didn’t mark any damage on my vehicle (which I had a bent license plate in the front, minor scratches on each bumper from NYC drivers who can’t park, & a few scratches on the left hand side door - I paid for extra coverage for these things). After returning from work at the Children’s Hospital and paying a $38 fee, I noticed a dent on the right side of my car by my front tire. When I told them (Manuel Baez and Eddy Abreu) I didn’t come with that damage they ran and marked it off as though I did. When I mentioned all the other damages I could actually lie about, they were stuck. They refused to give me a refund and told me to call their manager Ervin Gator the next day between 8-4. Before I could get words out of my mouth (not only was he aggressive, argumentative, and yelling at me) he told me that I was a liar, trying to get them to pay for old damage, that they would at minimum not even refund me. Ultimately saying that because he’s a man who lives, sleeps, and breathes cars he knows my vehicle better than me. He then proceeded to tell me “I’m too busy for this.” and hung up on me.nnSO unprofessional and disgusting. Will never do business with them again. Please beware of the lack of customer service you’re committing to when doing business with them. Save yourself the headache!!
