Don't call back in time my manner and they're always so booked out.

I have a 20 year old prefab propane driven fireplace in a house that we just recently purchased. Neighbors recommended Kozy to service it and I couldn't have been more right.nnTwo young men showed up, took it apart, replaced some minor items, and then put it back together and it works much better with much more flames.nnThey were on time, they knew what they were doing and they took their shoes off at my request. Thank you Kozy!

Efficient and respectful, these guys were the best,, they came out to our home and checked things out, but what makes them awesome is they played with the cats WHILE they worked. They were happy to greet them and when done they cleaned up any mess they made. Not to mention their prices are decent for wood stoves. ;)

Always nice, friendly people. Good pricing for pellets, quality stoves.

Very poor customer service. The women that answers the phone is annoyed by phone calls and acts like she is being put out when asked multiple questions. The service tech left me a very rude and demeaning voicemail and did not address the actual problem. They have come to my homenMultiple times and their work always needs to be redone a week later. Never had service from them that resulted in fixing the problem the first time. Will not be using this company again.
