Not very friendly. 2 women yes lady in charge not so much.

Line was insanely long. Put my stuff down and left. I normally have a great experience.

Absolutely love this store. I'm originally from Sacramento California and my JoAnns doesn't have anywhere near the options this one does. I'm very happy to have this as an option to me in my retirement years.

Good selection. Great sale going on. Also had order pickup which was ready and very convenient. Practicing limited people in store to achieve social distancing.

Nice selection of fabric and supplies. Staff extremely helpful.
