My friend and I had booked the Hard Rock in Punta Cana and bought flights as well only to realize that my passport had expired about 2 weeks prior to the travel period.nnThe CEO of Singsing will tell you exactly when he will be submitting your application and when you can expect to hear back. He stayed true to the times he specified from the onset. Highly recommended!

SingSingPass Expedited passports is horrible. Their hours online are posted as 9-6 and at 9:30 no one was their. And then I was later informed that their hours are 9:30-2:30 The service is horrendous because when I called they said come tomorrow morning and the worker was in nyc for some reason. They are slow ironically even with Expedited in their company brand name. I do not recommend that you go to this company for help.
