I love the service and the wines the prices are a little bit high though.

We used to love this place. However, their delivery has always been very slow and inconsistent which wasn’t an issue until recently. We ordered a delivery and after 2 hours, we received a phone call from the deliveryman that he was almost here but was lost. We confirmed where we were located and buzzed him into our building. After not hearing him arrive to our door, we went to look but couldn’t find him so we called and came to realize he delivered our purchase to someone who approached him at the front. Obviously, they would have realized this was not the correct buyer if they asked for ID as the women who took the alcohol was not in fact a male (the buyer). Not only is it illegal to give alcohol to someone who is not verified to be over 21, but when we reported the issue, they accused us of fraud. We were long term customers before this incident and it is highly disrespectful to get this treatment. They continued to ignore our calls to see how we can fix it. Long story short, don’t get delivery from them and we are still waiting for a refund.

I would appreciate more selections but what they have are good selections. AND the delivery is fast and free!

I'm a Columbia University employee, and use Columbia Wine for all our events. Huge selection of quality wines.The app is fantastic and makes ordering so easy, plus able to earn rewards for discounts off future purchases. Delivery is always prompt, and a lifesaver!

This place is amazing! Monica is an absolute genius when it comes to her product and makes shopping here a BLAST. I don’t think I’ve ever (truly, ever) used “fun” as a way to describe a store or shopping experience, especially at a wine and spirits store but, IT MORE THAN APPLIES HERE.
