DHL AUTHORIZED SHIPPING CENTER - SERVICIO EXPRESS

Stay away from this place, dropped a DHL Express box for pick up and they simply left the box sitting there. Rude and unprofessional staff!

Called to ship my documents internationally and was told they don't speak English and hung up. Wow! Unbelievable!

These guys should never represent DHL, they dont even have the DHL customer service number, worst they dont speak ENGLISH, HELLO AMERICA USA??!!

If i can give this store a 0 stars i would. I went in on Saturday and gave the manager very important documents that needed to be shipped DHL. My paperwork ended up being lost and the owner told me himself that his employee lost it. I went in and the owner hing up the phone in my face and they refused to return my money for the service that was never done. I am taking them to court. It is disguisting that as an owner you would do that to a customer. Please take my advise dont do business with this store you will not get your money back even if they are the ones that lost it.

Super bad service, they say they are representatives of DHL but they rob people of their money, with their bad service, little information, they are not clear when they sell a service and then do not give an answer. Lousy
