The lady who answered the phone was rude and dismissive. She seemed un interested in helping me herself or putting me in contact with someone in the company who may be able to help better. Who knows what there electrical work is like... Getting past the front desk lady seems to be a challenge according to previous reviews as well.

I have it on the invoice with he did: he reset my GFI, he made the upstairs bathroom exhaust fan work which took very little time, he replace some lightbulbs, he checked a flickering light in my downstairs bathroom and told me to use LEDs and check the MAIN panel to make sure all connections were tight in my garage. I keep a journal diligently and he wasn’t there more than an hour and a half especially since I had another professional coming and they did not cross paths. I think the electricians name was Brady or Grady and he was very nice but he charge me for five hours of work for an hour and a half at the most and therefore I do not recommend them because they have shady practices in my opinion and pad the bill so beware and have your wits about you if you use them. THEY are still fighting to get that five Hour bill paid and are Set a take me to small claims court and wait till the judge asks what were you doing for five hours?!!!!!! I would go there just to have a laugh! Upon step in front of my house they were supposed to give me a contract and an estimate so I would know that I was being charged out the wazoo. But I was given nothing so I had to report them to the CCB and I am awaiting their results.

The woman on the phone was extremely rude and unwilling to work with us in resolving issues with their service. She was very unpleasant hard to keep in touch with, left us in the blank, but the amount they charge is unequal to the service (especially the customer service) decent to any business. Big Headache.

Power box taken out by a tree. no power at all. called for an estimate, no one was available. was told I'd get a call in a couple hours. never called back.
