We have went to this business twice to get someone to see if they can take a look at our gate coming into our neighborhood. Both times the girls in the front acted indifferent to us being there. We tried to leave a message and all we got was they don't have time to help us and no they can't leave a message for someone to get back to us. Then proceed to say they have other jobs to do. Well apparently the company doesn't want any business. Honestly if I was a business owner I would not be happy if my receptionist let a $30,000 job walk out the door.
They were wonderful! They were a super nice and updated all of our outlets on the day of inquiry. They even vacuumed up any bits that needed to be cleaned before they left. Something I have never had with any type of maintenance crew member! Thank you so much for being respectful to my house! They also explained everything in layman's terms so I could understand what was happening.nn100% recommend!
