This is a very difficult review to write. Dr Blackwell is a superb Dr., has been so much help to me and I appreciate it very much. The problem is he has hired a receptionist that doesn't seem to be sure about what she's doing. I had an appointment and made the 60 mile round trip for that appointment, but arrived to find the office locked and closed. No answer when calling the office number and no voice mail explaining why the office was closed. Called a couple of days later to see what had happened and had the receptionist claim I had cancelled the appointment. At best someone probably did cancel an appointment, but she cancelled mine not the person who cancelled their appointment. She seems very confused and is slow in her work, makes no apologies, has no problem lying and trying to blame her errors on other people, she's incapable of making an appointment for someone while on the phone with them and wants a number to be able to call them back. It's a terrible situation when an inept receptionist can ruin a superb doctors practice. I have no guarantees that the same thing or worse won't happen again and I can't afford to make useless 60 mile round trips to find out she's messed up another time. She will give no answer to what she intends to do to not make the same mistakes, she just gets mad and hangs up. She wants no accountability for her own conduct at all. If I'm going to a Drs office, I need them to be just as accountable and timely as they expect me to be.

Dr. Blackwell is a MIRACLE worker! He is thorough and thoughtful into my care. Changed my idea of what Chiropractors were. Very knowledgeable in his field. Uses the latest technology. Very effective! I recommend him for everyone. If you follow his guidance you will reap the benefits. Thank you Dr. Blackwell.

I have seen Bryon twice since being badly hurt during another chiropractor appointment. He has done more for me in 2 visits then anyone else in the 7 years I've been dealing with herniated disks. I was barely able to walk upright on the first visit. I am walking straight upright and mostly painless. For only TWO visits that's amazing. He listens and works with everyone as and individual. Not typical blanket treatments. Absolutely recommend and look forward to working with Bryon for all my chiropractic care and adjustments. THANK YOU!
