Häagen-Dazs® Ice Cream Shops

Honestly I had such a great time here. The girl behind the counter, Alexa, was so kind and sweet when I went in. It made me want to go in more often and I would say that I had a 10/10 experience. Thank you.

I have come to this Haagen Dazs ever since I was young. After moving abroad, I came back and received the same great service as I always have. Alexa received me with a smile (under her mask of course) and was very kind in welcoming me back even though I had never met her before. The service was wonderful and the ice cream was as as delicious as always :) Thanks Haagen Dazs!

I've never seen better service. The workers always welcome their customers and serve the best ice cream. There is also such a wide variety of flavors. Definitely going to go more often

The old married chinese couple who work here are extremely rude. Every time I walk in, they just stare at me and never interact. They like to argue with me as well. I have been very kind to them for the past 10 years, but I do not get this same treatment that I give. I am not coming back here and I am advising you guys NOT to go back and give mean and horrible people business. They are also rude to their son (and daughter?) who works with them. Sorry for the rant, but the service they offer is just really upsetting.

Glad to see this ice cream shop open for in-store shopping again, but I would feel more comfortable if staff wore gloves. Currently, they don't appear to.
