Five stars for John at Alfred Jewelers. I brought a watch and an incompatible aftermarket bracelet to be installed, and John was honest with me that it wasn’t the proper part. He explained the situation to me and didn’t charge me, even though he spent over an hour trying to get it to fit! I really appreciate excellent customer service like that and will be using this shop in the future.

John is the man. He helped pick out an engagement ring and continues to service me to this day years later. I go to him for all my jewelry needs. Very knowledgeable honest and knows his stuff. He has a great feel for what people like and don't like.

These guys are true artists. All their jewelry is custom made, and ti's pure artwork. My finance loves her ring because 1: it's beautiful, and 2: she knows she's the only one who has it. The staff is really sweet and helpful. This is my jewelry store! Thanks guys!
