Great service, great people. New to the RV scene, we bought new and love it. Already spent three months in our trailer. Terrific service, got us the right equipment and handled all warranty service easily. Very trustworthy and nice to deal with. Recommend highly!

Stopped by to ask a question on my roadmaster tow bar that I rebuilt. They were very knowledgeable about it and showed me one just like mine. It put my mind at ease and that is priceless to me. Thanks so much!

We highly recommend Mark in sales. He was our salesman and was great. Not pushy just gave us the facts and answered all our questions. All The Porters were very kind especially Adam and willing to help out with anything. James was very knowledgeable in the showing us all the tips and goodies on our RV before we left even took extra time when we had questions. Enjoyed our experience this last week with the whole company and love our new RV!!!

I cannot say enough good things about these folks. From sales to parts to service, every single person we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Josh Courtwright and Evan Porter especially went above and beyond. It's worth the drive to Coos Bay for this level of service.

Adam was my salesperson, and he was awesome. Got the best deal around on a new Jayco 184BS Baja edition for the same price as the regular edition. Had to drive to OR from Oakland, CA, but was a fun road-trip. We camped nearby the first night at Bullards Beach, and sure enough discovered a few things on the trailer that don’t work. Thermostat wouldn’t keep temperature (heater either on and blasting or off, nowhere in between), one led light didn’t work, and battery system wasn’t working - we were plugged into shore power, so no biggie on that front.nnTexted Adam, and we brought in the Jayco the next morning and he had a team ready to work on it. Walked around Coos Bay for a few hours and they had everything working again. A shame that something that costs $20k after taxes had problems right off the bat, but I do think that’s a manufacturing thing and not on Porter’s RV, though I wish the tech. team had caught those things ahead of time.nnAdam had answered random questions since the purchase, and agreed to pay for my $50 VIN verification down here since we couldn’t do it in OR.nnAppreciate the team, and recommend Adam highly to anyone hunting for an RV.nnThanks for helping us get out with the family in this crazy time of Covid.nn-Mike
