I worked with Paul and the sales team who absolutely bent over backwards to help me find the right truck. During the pandemic and with shortages etc, we finally found a truck which will be delivered from the factory and into our hands, with the right price point. Paul has demonstrated on multiple occasions that he has the customer's interest at heart and that is appreciated. I like that our local dealer is interested in fostering relationships over making a buck which I believe is more profitable in the long run. We are visiting from out of state and our diesel started having issues. The technicians and mechanics at Ken Ware were extremely courteous They got us in and got us back on the road in four hours. The service department was very pet friendly. My husband and I highly recommend getting your GMC or Chevy serviced at Ken Ware
Service DepartmentnDecent people but didnt do what I asked. Couldn't get insurance to help with issues and repaired stuff I told them not to until getting the go ahead from insurance.
