Don’t waste your time coming here, especially while COVID is still happening. They do not have enough staff, do not keep their word on helping customers and then make excuses for their lack of professionalism instead of accepting responsibility, apologizing and doing better. They had a senior citizen with pre-existing conditions keep coming back to their office due to their inefficient and negligent practices. No one picks up the phone when you call and you can’t even leave a voicemail message. We deserve better than the lax and unprofessional services this so called business has to offer.

One HUGE downfall of this company is that they have an infestation of bed bugs and they fired my friend that one summer simply because they told them that they needed to do something about this infestation because at the time my friend had taken the bedbugs with them to their home and needed extermination to fix the issue. The company may think that this review is to bring them down or mess up their reputation which is not true. Because most of those who work there are very professional and well mannered people BUT they need to exterminate. If an exterminator were to walk down to their basement where they keep all of their files and papers, this person would undoubtedly in under 2 minutes find the establishment crawling with bedbugs.

I had my Fiance's Visa done here. I worked with Anny. She is great at what she does. Very helpful and great person.nnAfter the great experience with Anny I went there for my income taxes also. Mr. Rivas did a great job with those also. A+++ service.

Had a very bad experience. I had just went in to print out a document from my email and the rude employee was trying to charge me 10 dollars for printing one sheet of paper. Ridiculous where is management?
