Went in to do my taxes, was asked if I wanted to have my returns sent Direct Deposit. Gave them my information, and was told I would be getting my returns in two weeks or eariler. After four weeks of waiting I finally got one of my returns in the mail in check form!? (what happened to the information I handed over before I left?) I wasn't made to feel I was a priority.

I will not recommed this location to any. Amelfy doesnt know how to speak to people she made a big mistake with my taxes when i called to ask her about it she told me it was my responsibility to go and sign, however how can i sign anything is i wasnt informed that it was completed now i will probablity get a fine from the IRS. If i could give this place a zero stars i would however this imposible. Please if you dont want problems with the IRS i wouldnt go here.
