I had the most annoying experience here today. When I pulled up I noticed that the lot was pretty full. The older man that was working there was just sitting in his car chatting with another man and continued to do so for a good two minutes before he finally decided to get out of the car. When he gets out he just stands by his car and looks over at me and makes a face as if to say “well what the hell do you want?” Doesn’t bother to walk over to my car, greet me or anything. So I had to roll down my window and yell out to ask him about the hourly rate.nnI understand that maybe you don’t need my business now, but don’t be lazy, slow and rude. Experiences like this are what makes customers not come back. There are other options around for parking our cars.

The place is great, when the Spanish guy is working hell try to accommodate you, unless he’s really busy and the place is full he’ll always find a spot for you. However the two new employees that they have hired are a disgrace, the short skinny guy has a nasty attitude towards customers and has clearly never dealt with people before, I won’t be surprised if he gets fired soon, the other young guy doesn’t speak to customers at all and when he does , he will tell you that the place is full when the place is half empty.nWhen I bring business to a place I expect to be treated with respect, I understand that when the place is full you cannot accommodate me but that doesn’t mean you have to treat me like an a**hole!

I'm not from the city, but I came here to park for Columbus weekend because it was the cheapest lot, and I wasn't let down. A tip: Don't prepay with one of those parking apps/websites. The apps all specify that the parking lot company isn't affiliated and can charge you extra fees. If you pay with an app, then, when you arrive, any parking lot can say that your car is oversized and that they're charging a special rate for the day, and you're kind of stuck dealing with it.nnInstead: Pay with cash! They make more money when you pay with cash. Also, give a tip. It's worth tipping when you're trusting someone with a car.

Very friendly staff and safe place to park your car. I wish they could take credit cards.
