Plain and simple. They damaged my car, denied it, LIED about it and of course, refused to take responsibility. They lied that their cameras, by sheer coincidence, weren’t working the night they gouged the side of my car when parking it in one of their hydraulic lift spots. They showed me how they had no photo records. They called it an investigation, then sent a form letter from a lawyer in Long Island who is unreachable by phone or email. Bad people. Liars. Not worthy of your business and you WILL be stuck when they damage your car.
