If I could put zero stars I would. I am a 13 year old girl and one of the lady’s that worked there talked in a very awful way to my mom and I. My mom was asking her a question when she just hung up! Then we went in person and it was just as awful in person. I was talked to very badly to. The lady’s name was Doris. Overall, I do not recommend. Please don’t go there.

I had a problem with receiving a birth certificate and called in to resolve the issue. The person who answered the phone was professional and kind and helped solve my problem quickly.
