I had a great experience at the Chokolate perfume shop. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave me a great discount and the prices were already awesome. Thank you. I visited because someone gave me a bad review about this place. I decided to find out for myself, I am so happy I did, I was treated with care and respect.

Chokolate sold me a replica/fake movado watch. Stay away from this place sad thing is they even charged me retail price. I’m going to repost them to the BBC.

Customer service is key when you are in business. I give CHOKOLATE in Washington Heights zero stars. When you purchase a pair of optical frames that were clearly sold with a defect unbestowed to the consumer; and you dont honor the warranty clearly there is an issue with how you do business. To top it off blame the customer because you sold a faulty product. I had to do the leg work, call Cartier directly and have another Optical retailer Leonard’s on East 73rd take care of what you should have done to replace the defected frames you sold my elderly mother. You get 0 stars.nnBUYER BEWARE. Go elsewhere for purchase!
