Learn to hire more experienced employees. Don’t recommend coming here at all. Be careful if you ever pierce your ears here. There’s a contract that you sign saying they won’t give you a refund no matter how messed up your piercing came out. Go somewhere else.

I would give this place a zero I if I could. All employees are rude. One employee in particular kept making remarks about my appearance and makeup. I recommend hiring an all new staff. Very unprofessional

Horrible experience. One of the employees kept rolling their eyes when I shared my frustration. They ignore your complaints and try to cover up their problems. Don’t recommend going at all.
