Waited 6 weeks for a ring to be cleaned... SIX WEEKS! But it looks great. TwoBirch.... Next time, USPS OVERNIGHT, Fed Ex overnight, UPS Overnight air. You need to get your customers their products back quicker when you make a mistake.

**BEWARE** I initially bought a TwoBirch ring about six months ago. I wore it one or two times tops. Shortly after, I noticed it had lost a stone, and the actual band had broke. I figured it was a defective one, so I ordered another ring from TwoBirch. My second ring arrived broken in two. I contacted them for a refund, and after several days, I was given return info but I had to pay for return shipping... ON A BROKEN ITEM! Because I'm a fool, and I had a short deadline, I ordered a third ring. The ring arrived later than expected (days before my wedding) and wasn't even the correct ring! Completely wrong, and not even passable for the wedding. I will never order from TwoBirch again, and would discourage anyone from doing so. I would save your money and buy from a legitimate brand.

I was offered a refund and there was no hassle at all.nnUnfortunately the company didn't do anything other than offer me a refund.nnThe short version is don't come here looking for a custom SHAPED ring. When I went to this site for my wedding band I was under the impression that the entire bit about making a cast of the engagement ring was going to mean I'd have a ring with a perfect fit. Not the case.nnI made the mold, and I was sent pictures of the wrong engagement ring - twice. Having to call was unbelievably frustrating. Once they finally got pictures with the correct ring, the fits were hideous, which is when I was informed that the customization that I needed for my non-traditional engagement ring started at $300 and was in addition to the cost of the ring. I got my money back and went to a local jeweler that did exactly what I wanted with higher quality and larger gems for half the price.
