Used them for business insurance everything was ok sent me all my credentials and what not. Then 2 months later they as for a risk assessment and it’s an hour on the phone, on their time. which at the time was impossibly being that i own a company and was the only employee. Then they send me a message talking about my insurence will not renew at the end of the year due to non compliance(took my money all upfront) call for a new policy with a new company I call them they said you’ve waited to long no insurence company want you and tries to sabotage me purchasing insurence very shady people don’t trust them one bit buyer beware. By the way i wound up finding business insurance with better coverage for cheaper place is a rip off

They were recommended by a friend in New York, I priced 2 other agencies at the same time. Ultimately all 3 agencies came it at similar prices, however I found this agency to be the easiest to work with and the most responsive. So they saved me a little on insurance, but a LOT of my time. Highly recommend.
